Method of Payment

Payment in full must be sent with all orders.

You can purchase on-line at www.salsatribe.com or over the telephone using Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit/Delta, Switch/Maestro or Solo. For telephone orders ring 00 44 (0)161 881 4604.

We also accept postal payment by sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank. Cheques should be made payable to Clubstar Ltd and sent to:

Delivery

All purchases made on this site are normally despatched on the first working day after you place your order, subject to stock availability, and are despatched to UK customers using Royal Mail and to overseas customers using either Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

Normally, UK customers can expect their order to arrive within 4 working days; European and worldwide delivery times vary depending upon the destination but normally arrive within 6 working days.

If your order is out-of-stock, we will send you a list of alternatives for exchange by email within 3 working days. You can then choose to exchange your order or receive a full refund.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are determined by the weight of the order and the destination of the package. Confirmation of delivery costs will be displayed on-screen before you complete your order.

The approximate charge for a single item of clothing is ?2.50 within the UK and ?3.75 overseas, and for a pair of shoes ?3.50 within the UK and ?6 overseas.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Salsatribe and Oobashoo. If, however, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days (UK customers) and 28 days (overseas customers) of the date of order. Providing the goods are returned in a resaleable condition, we'll exchange them or offer you a full refund and that's guaranteed! Please note that we are not responsible for return postage nor can we be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
